PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of a lifted flame, and reduce combustion noise. SOLUTION: First burners 1 combust a high concentration pre-mixed gas, and second burners 2 combust a low concentration pre-mixed gas, the burners 1 and 2 are disposed side by side with each other. Burners 1 are respectively provided with protruding frames 54 having protrusions 70, and continuation holes 52 are provided to introduce a high concentration pre-mixed gas into the gaps between the burners and the frames 54 in the side wall of the burner 1. The frames 54 of the first burner 1 surround the periphery of the second burners 2. A high concentration pre-mixed gas is ejected from the side of the frame 54 around the flame formed in the combustion surface of the second burner of the low-concentration pre-mixed gas to be mixed therewith.
