<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which can suppress a coloring effect and direct reflected light, can cope with acid rain and can stably maintain a power generating performance. SOLUTION: Nearly uniform and desirably set regular projected prominences are formed on a light-transmitting glass substrate with use of ceramics ink, a built-in coloring layer is formed on the surface of the substrates as contacted therewith and inside of the prominences, and an insulating protective layer having a residual light transmitting part is made up of a plated layer as a photovoltaic element provided on its rear side and a rear side covering material on its rear side. The built-in coloring Layer and light transmitting part exhibit harmony in coloring, suppress direct reflected light and prevent reduction of a photoelectric conversion efficiency by reducing the reflectivity of the light receiving surface of the substrate. Further, even when the substrate is exposed to outdoors for a long period of time, the substrate can avoid the influences of acid rain or the like and can reduce manufacturing and maintenance costs.</p> |
