PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional communication unit that has not formed a communication path between an extension terminal and an information processing unit and a communication path in the information processing unit because the conventional communication unit has a communication path formed from a line terminator connected to a communication network to the extension terminal and the information processing unit. SOLUTION: A speech path switch section forms communication paths among a communication network 401, an extension terminal 201 and information processing sections 508, 509 through interface sections 507, 502, a number management section 510 and a decision section 506 decide a destination number with information attached to an incoming call from the communication network, the extension terminal and the information processing sections, and a control section 503 issues an incoming call notice to the information processing sections or the extension terminal in correspondence to a service number decided at the arrival of the incoming call and applies communication path control to the speech path switch section to control communications among the communication network, the information processing sections and the extension terminal.
