PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a sheet metal member to a plate-like member wherein no loose occurs with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A plate-like member 1 is provided with a slit 1a of a width equal to the thickness of a sheet metal member 2, and the sheet metal member 2 is provided with a key-like part 2a comprising a counter part with a gap slightly narrower than the thickness of the plate-like member 1. The key-like part 2a is inserted into the slit 1a and then moved in the lengthwise direction of the slit 1a, so that the counter part elastically holds the plate-like member 1.
