PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure in which mechanical strength can be enhanced at the TCP outer lead part, and a display arranged to suppress open circuit as much as possible when the display is assembled using TCP. SOLUTION: In the electrode structure of TCP outer lead parts 17, 34, 38 where lead electrodes 22, 37, 39 are arranged in the widthwise direction of a TAB tape 18 at the opposite end parts of a TCP 14 mounting a driver IC 3 at a specified position of the TAB tape 18, at least one of the lead electrodes 22, 37, 39 located at the opposite end parts in the arranging direction thereof is a wide reinforcing lead electrode 22a, 22b, 37a, 37b or a dummy electrode 39a, 39b not connected with the driver IC 3.
