GRINDING WHEEL FOR WORKING TERMINAL AND TERMINAL WORKING METHOD USING THE SAME AND TERMINAL WORKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method which allows efficient terminal cutting and chamfering of a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: This grinding wheel for working the terminals is constituted by providing the grinding wheel with a grinding wheel surface for chamfering the peripheral edge of a substrate of the liquid crystal display device and providing the top of this grinding wheel surface with projections for cutting the surface of the substrate. The terminal working method consisting in simultaneously executing a process for electrically cutting bus lines and the terminals for inspection by cutting the substrate surface of the liquid crystal display device to a line form by the projections described above and a process for chamfering the peripheral edge of the substrate by the grinding wheel surface is implemented.
