PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic fixing parts and fixing device in which a release layer formed by using a fluororesin which is coatable and has heat resistance, and has excellent elasticity, to improve the form releasability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic fixing parts and fixing device having a release layer which consists of a fluororesin having the structural unit expressed by the following general formula (1) -Am-(CF2-CF2)n- or the fluororesin having a structural unit expressed by the following general formula (2) -Ap-(CF2- CF2)q-(CF(O-C3F7)-CF2)r- and of which fluororesin has a crosslinked structure: In the general formulas (1) and (2), A denotes the cyclic structural unit expressed by C6F10O; m and n denote the composition ratios of the structural unit expressed by the general formula (1) and p, q and r denote the composition ratio of the structural unit expressed by the general formula (2).
