PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dynamically assigning frequency channels to a communication terminal, in response to an environment for a base station and the communication terminal making communication, while attaining areawide expansion of the communication service by means of a frequency division multiplex system, so as to effectively utilize frequencies and attain high-speed communication. SOLUTION: Each frequency channel adopts a multi-carrier according to the OFDM system, OFDM subcarriers of each frequency channel are arranged, so as to be mutually orthogonal to each other, thereby allowing channels to be regarded as one OFDM signal and the base station can assign frequency channels dynamically to the communication terminal.
