PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise cooling efficiency and to reduce power consumption and noise by performing an optimal cooling control after an end of cooking in a high frequency heating device using a microcomputer. SOLUTION: The optimal cooling sequence control is performed by connecting a high frequency oscillator 1, a heating device 2, a temperature detection device 3, and a cooling fan 4 with a microcomputer 5, and by selecting an optimal combination of a control means 6 which controls the cooling fan with two or more sequence controls and a plurality of temperature decision means 7. Thereby, reduction of the power consumption and the noise can be attained.
