PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for bidirectional internet broadcasting are provided to transmit uniform broadcasting program information in a time for which an Internet broadcasting company wishes by a broadcasting program transmission server. CONSTITUTION: An Internet broadcasting station(120) manufactures a uniform broadcasting program and transmits the manufactured uniform broadcasting program to first to nth televiewers(100-1,...,100-n). A database(122) stores various broadcasting program information manufactured in the Internet broadcasting station(120). A stream server(112) of an internet broadcasting server(110) transmits broadcasting contents manufactured in the internet broadcasting station(120) to the first to nth televiewers(100-1,...,100-n). A broadcasting interface transmission server(114) of the Internet broadcasting server(110) provides a uniform program manufactured for televiewer participation in the Internet broadcasting station(120) to the first to nth televiewers(100-1,...,100-n) at real time in a time for which the Internet broadcasting station(120) wishes. A televiewer input information processing server(124) receives responses of the first to nth televiewers(100-1,...,100-n) by a televiewer participation program provided through the broadcasting interface transmission server(114).
