PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile acoustic device by which musical data of portable acoustic equipment being possesed by crews in an automobile compartment are easily and surely reproduced and outputted and each crew enjoys his favorite music in the automobile even though plural crews are riding on the automobile. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle acoustic equipment 100 and portable acoustic equipment 200a and 200b conduct radio communication among the equipment through intravehicle radio communication. The communication system is a close range data communication system in which recognition and verification of the equipment ara made and data communication is performed among the equipment. Reproducing and outputting of the musical data are conducted in real time.
