PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic apparatus which is capable of easily and surely reproducing and outputting the music data of the portable acoustic apparatus carried by crew members in an automobile in such a manner that the respective crew members can respectively enjoy the desired music in the automobile without downloading the music data from the Internet even when the plural crew members get into the automobile. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle acoustic apparatus 100 and the portable acoustic apparatus 200a and 200b transmit and receive the music data, etc., to the respective apparatus with each other through an in-vehicle radio communication. A short-distance data communication system with which the respective apparatus recognize and authenticate the respective apparatus with each other and communicate the data between the respective apparatus is adopted for the communication system of this in-vehicle radio communication.
