PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, in a shaft feeder for a movable body on a stationary body whose drive source is a linear motor is on the increase, that magnetic attraction many times larger than the obtained thrust acting between a primary member and a secondary member of a linear motor not only imposes a burden on a bearing but also deforms and bends the movable body, so that high response of the linear motor is not exerted to cause lower accuracy. SOLUTION: A magnetic repulsion member including a permanent magnet combined so that the identical magnetic poles may face each other are attached so as to face each other on the top surface of the stationary body and the bottom surface of the movable body along a traveling direction between the linear motor and the respective direct-acting bearings on both ends when the linear motor is provided in the center of direct-acting bearings on both ends, or in the middle between both the linear motors when two linear motor are provided at an interval, thus it is possible to compensate for and reduce the magnetic attraction of the linear motor.
