CONNECTOR FOR SEALED CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for sealed cable that has prevented degradation of transmission characteristics. SOLUTION: A sealed cable 13 has a metal plate 22 placed opposed on its side and a positioning portion 27 is engaged with an insulating inner cover 15 and thereby the metal cable and the core wire 14 is made to have a prescribed positioning relation. The core wire 14 is connected with a contact 11 which is held by the insulator. The contact comprises a contact portion 18 for connecting with the opposite connector and a cable connecting portion 19 for connecting with the core wire.
