PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which uses thin dielectric ceramic green sheets, can be manufactured with a high yield and high productivity, and has high reliability and a stable quality, and a method of manufacturing the capacitor. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the laminated ceramic capacitor by alternately laminating the dielectric ceramic green sheets and internal electrodes upon another, the internal electrodes are formed by using nickel foil 3 instead of electrode paste in such a way that the foil 3 is worked to desired shaped and press-fixed to the green sheets 1. Consequently, the occurrence of internal structural defects and reduced intervals and short-circuiting between the internal electrodes in the elemental body of the ceramic capacitor after baking can be prevented. Accordingly, the productivity and product quality of the capacitor can be improved.
