PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electroconductive a cloth having both high flame retardance and electro conductivity. SOLUTION: This flame retardant electroconductive cloth 1 comprises a fabric 11 composed of fibers 12 having surfaces of electroconductive layers 2 and a flame retardant layer 3 filled in gaps between the fibers 12 and 12 so as to expose apices 13 of the fibers 12 of at least one surface of the fabric 11 and has electroconductivity in the thickness direction and pliability.
