PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the erroneous vending operation of articles at the unit of an article ejecting part. SOLUTION: A vibration sensor 214 is fixed on a plate member 205 constituting an article ejecting part 202. When a solenoid 207 is electrified according to a vending instruction and an ejector 209 collides with the inner wall of a recess on the plate member 205 and retreats, the vibration sensor 214 converts the magnitude of vibrations of that moment into voltage and supplies it to a vending control part 5. The vending control part 5 confirms whether only the output of a comparator corresponding to the article ejecting part 202 to originally dispense a can drink is a logical value '1' and supplies these confirmed contents to a main control part 1. When these confirmed contents are discriminated as abnormal, the main control part 1 supplies a signal for stopping dispensation from the article ejecting part 202 which has not normally functioned to the vending control part 5. According to the stop instruction from the main control part 1, the vending control part 5 inhibits the electrification of the solenoid 207 of the article ejecting part 202 which has not normally functioned so that the can drink cannot be dispensed.
