PURPOSE: A repairing and constructing method of a concrete structure or a slab seat and an injector are provided to waterproof efficiently by filling waterproof material between a waterproof seat and a slab, and to repair the leaking slab promptly with low cost. CONSTITUTION: Degraded mortar(23) is eliminated, and an injection port(12) is formed with perforating floating parts of a waterproof seat(22) and a slab(21). An injector(30) is installed in the injection port with fitting, and the injection port is connected to an expansion joint or a crack portion. Waterproof material is stored in a storage tank. An injection hose(41) of the storage tank is connected to the injector, and the waterproof material is filled between the waterproof seat and the slab with injection pressure. The injection hose is removed from the injector after filling the waterproof material, and the protruded part of the injector is eliminated. Protection mortar is spread on the upper part of the waterproof seat, and bricks are laid for the construction. The waterproof material charged between the waterproof seat and the slab waterproofs efficiently by forming a watertight wall.
