PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter releasing member capable of preliminarily emitting strobe light and feeding a film at a low cost. SOLUTION: The shutter releasing member 10 is attached to a lens barrel covering member 15 through shaft parts 11 and 12 so that it may be freely rocked. When the shutter button 20 is depressed, a 1st arm part 18 is rocked, and an electrical armature 23 is shifted downward larger than the releasing stroke of the shutter button 20. Printed contacts 34 and 35 are short-circuited by leg parts 23c and 23d, then, the strobe light is preliminarily emitted, and the shutter driving lever which is locked by a locking lever 16a is released by a shutter operating lever 21, and then, printed contacts 32 and 36 are short- circuited by leg parts 23e and 23f. When a shutter blade is open/closed, a synchronizing contact is short-circuited, and the normal strobe light is emitted. When stopping depressing the shutter button 20, the shutter operating lever 21, etc., is returned to an initial position by the energizing force of the leaf spring part 24, and the leg part 23f comes into contact with the printed contact 33, and then, one frame of the film is fed and the shutter is charged.
