PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten rust preventing effect by providing a sealing member integrally with a cutting edge part so as to be brought into pressure contact without clearance around a bite part of a fluid pipe. SOLUTION: This detachment preventing device for the fluid pipe is provided with a push ring body fitted to the outer periphery of the other fluid pipe connected being inserted in a socket part at the end of one fluid pipe, and having a plurality of arcuate recessed parts opened in a circumferential direction, at the inner peripheral surface; arcuate claws accommodated in the arcuate recessed parts and having cutting edge parts at the tip parts on the inner peripheral side so as to be bitable into the outer peripheral surface of the fluid pipe; and a push bolt screw-inserted in the push ring body, pointing into a centripetal direction, and pressing the outer peripheral end of the arcuate claw to make the cutting edge part bite into the outer peripheral surface of the fluid pipe. The sealing member 15 is bonded or stuck to the tip part T of the cutting edge part 13a of the arcuate claw 13 so as to cover the surface, and the lower part of the tip part T of at least the cutting edge part 18a of the sealing member 15 is divided in the longitudinal direction of the cutting edge part 13a by a cut line C extending in a longitudinal direction.
