PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric structure for tensioner easy to be worked at a low cost and to be applied to various use in a wide range. SOLUTION: This eccentric structure for tensioner is provided with an eccentric board part 1, and a first fixed shaft 2 and a second fixed shaft 3 projected from both surfaces of the eccentric board 1 in parallel with each other with a space from each other. The eccentric board part 1 is formed by overlapping a pressed first plate part 4 and a pressed second plate part 5 with each other and welding them to each other for integration, and the first fixed shaft 2 is fixed to the eccentric board 1 by welding, and the second fixed shaft 3 is screwed to a screw hole 6 of the eccentric board 1.
