PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary equipment room having convenient fixtures even in a ward having a sanitary equipment room and a curing or medical space installed facing on a corridor of a hospital, a caring facility and the like. SOLUTION: The ward installed facing on the corridor of the hospital, the caring facility and the like is provided with the sanitary equipment room, and the curing or medical treatment space, the sanitary equipment room is installed with one side facing on the corridor, the sanitary equipment room has a corner cut-off face enabling the curing or medical treatment space to be seen from the corridor, and the corner cut-off face is provided with a folding door having three planes connected, whereby in entering the sanitary equipment room, the margin of drawing the door to this side is reduced so as to provide an entrance allowing a wheelchair user or a care-given person to easily enter the room.
