PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for installing a cleaning device capable of being easily installed, allowing generated medium quality water to be effectively utilized. SOLUTION: The structure is composed of a household domestic wastewater treatment tank 10 for purifying drainage in order to generate the reusable medium quality water and a controller 13, mounted on a floor covering material 7a, for controlling actuation of the tank 10 mounted under the material 7a.
