PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of high cost and troubles of setting and installation of faucet apparatuses, caused by separate installation of a faucet apparatus for a bathtub and a faucet apparatus for a washing place in a bathroom. SOLUTION: The faucet apparatus set in the bathroom has a single common faucet main body 10, a first spout pipe 14 for the washing place, a shower head for the washing place, and a second spout pipe 32 for the bathtub 34. The first and second spout pipes 14, 32 and the shower head are controlled by the faucet main body 10 with respect to their spouting/cut-off operations. Further, the faucet main body 10 includes a first spout/cut-off handle 40 and a second spout/cut-off handle 42. The first spout/cut-off handle 40 switches spouting between the first spout pipe 14 and the shower head, and adjusts the amount of water spouting. The second spout/cut-off handle 42 carries out spouting/cut-off operation from the second spout pipe 32.
