METHOD FOR UTILIZING COAL-BURNT ASH CONTAINING MUCH CaO AND Fe2O3 FOR PRODUCTION OF SINTERED ORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sintered ore for iron manufacturing by using burnt ash having much contents of CaO and Fe2O3 and little contents of Al2O3 and SiO2 such as that obtained by of burning Chinese Shenhua coal in the composition as additive. SOLUTION: In the burnt ash components, the burnt ash of the coal having much contents of 30-35 wt.% CaO and 10-14 wt.% Fe2O3 and little contents of 10-12 wt.% Al2O3 and 20-35 wt.% SiO2, is used as the additive when the sintered ore for iron manufacturing is produced.
