PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a continuity of a drive voltage to be supplied to a microcomputer while suppressing a noise generated from a standby power source. SOLUTION: A part of an output voltage Vm2 of a main converter 6 is connected to an output voltage line of a standby converter 11. Thus, the drive voltage is supplied to a standby circuit block including the microcomputer 22a by an output voltage Vm2 of the converter 6 at a normal operation time. In this case, at the normal operation time, a load applied to the converter 11 becomes a noload state, and an operation of the converter 11 becomes substantially linear. Accordingly, a noise generated from the converter 11 can be suppressed. Further, the drive voltage is always supplied from any of the converter 6 and the converter 11 to the block including the microcomputer 22a.
