PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attribute data inputting and editing method which can generate a graphical interface making editing and data management easy by using various data in different format and can serve to various uses such as a component order reception and ordering system and a computer-readable recording medium where a program actualizing the method is recorded. SOLUTION: Plural kinds of data having different formats are inputted to a compute by a data input means 2. An attribute data input means 22 specifies constitution elements of the inputted data, inputs attribute information, and adds attributes to the respective constitution elements of data with attribute information which are displayed on the screen of a computer and edited by a data editing means 48 to generate one file. Attribute information is read out by indicating a constitution element of the data with attribute information displayed on the screen of the computer, and an previously set application related to the attribute information can be run, and a retrieval means reads relevant information out of a database and displays it on the screen of the computer.
