PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality by simplifying the structure of a neutral position restoring mechanism. SOLUTION: This neutral position restoring mechanism is provided with a link lever 1 to be inclined from a neutral position to a first direction or a second direction, a first plate spring 2 for energizing the link lever 1 inclined to the first direction to the neutral position, and a second plate spring 3 for energizing the link lever 1 inclined to the second direction to the neutral position. Thus, the link lever 1 can be restored to the neutral position according to the biasing forces of the first and second plate springs 2 and 3.
