PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of manufacturing processes and dies for manufacturing a cylinder head gasket in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: This cylinder head gasket 1 is provided with a first gasket base 2 on the upper face side; a second gasket base 3 on the lower face side; an inner plate 4 interposed between them; and an annular shim 5 provided in an annular space part 9, surrounding a combustion chamber hole 6. A full bead part 3a is formed at the second gasket base 3 on the lower face side, and a full bead part 2a and a closing bead part 2b are formed at the first gasket base 2 on the upper face side. A combustion chamber hole 6 side opening part of the space part 9 enclosing the shim 5 is closed with the closing bead part 2b.
