PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional subscriber circuit test adaptor that has required measurement devices such as an oscilloscope and a logic analyzer for monitoring purposes in the case of directl confirming an input and output of a subscriber circuit being a test object as to whether the subscriber state is normally controlled or the subscriber circuit normally provides a response because the conventional adaptor adopts a test method where the subscriber circuit is controlled from a host-interface via a demultiplexer circuit for the control of the subscriber circuit or for capturing its status information. SOLUTION: On an extension card 1 having a connector (A) 5 selectively connected to a host device or a test device and a connector (B) 6 to which a subscriber circuit to be inspected is connected, a logic circuit 2 that monitors or replaces data on a PCM highway, a switch 3 to set the data for replacement, and a light emitting diode 4 that displays a monitored signal are provided.
