PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching structure capable of achieving sure switch movement. SOLUTION: The switching structure comprises a PTT knob (an operation knob) 105 provided outside of a case 101, a tact switch (a switch) 103 provided inside of the case 101, a transmission means 110 provided on a wall surface of the case 101 for transmitting a movement of the PTT knob 105 to the inside of the case 101, and a molded elastic member 120 provided between the tact switch 103 and the transmission means 110 and is engaged with the tact switch 103 for transmitting the movement of the transmission means 110 to the tact switch 103.
