PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube with decreased disturbance in electron beam orbit due to earth magnetism or magnetic leakage from a mask frame. SOLUTION: Side members making up side s and bonding parts boding the adjoining side members are provided together with a polygon mask frame which satisfied following conditional expression,μr, 1>=μr, s>=1. (Wherein,μr, 1 expresses specific magnetic permeability of members not shorter andμr, s expresses specific magnetic permeability of other members).
