PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing method and an information providing business method by which even a system that provides a pay information providing service and imposes charging when received information is decoded can maintain a state of high security, attain temporary copying and realize a time-shift function. SOLUTION: The methods employ a device which is provided with a tuner section 15, a display output control section 30, a received information temporary storage section 18 that temporarily stores received information in order to realize a time-shift function to shift display timing of the received information, and also with a permissible display time difference setting section 8, an integrated time-shift time calculation section 9 and a decoding processing section 19 in order to ensure the security for realization of the time-shift function through the use of distribution time information sent from a transmitter side and also with a user authentication processing section 13, a charging information extract section 12 and a received information control and charging processing section 16 in order to conduct proper charging. |
