PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a distribution system which suitably uses an electronic document as an advertisement medium. SOLUTION: An electronic document in PDF format stored in an electronic document storage means 203 of a system 200 for distribution is distributed to a subscriber's system 100 through the Internet. In an advertisement information storage means 202, advertisement information having publication conditions meeting an advertiser's desire is prepared. When a subscriber accesses a Web page for subscription indication in HTML format in a Web server means 209 and indicates subscription to a desired electronic document, the object document to be subscribed is taken out of the electronic document storage means 203 and downloaded to a storage means 103 through a document distributing means 206. At this time, an advertisement selecting means 204 selects advertisement meeting the publication conditions and an advertisement adding means 205 adds the advertisement. |
