<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel where patterning of a conductive film can be attained without deteriorating transparency and durability. SOLUTION: The conductive film 131 consisting of an ITO film is formed on the surface of a lower-side planar member 130 by a sputtering method and in order to separate a wiring pattern part and a planar pattern part for position detection electrically, the conductive film at the boundary is separated linearly by laser work. After that, conductive ink is screen-printed to form electrodes 132 and wiring patterns 133 and 135.</p> |
