PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain energy from a pressure difference between liquids to solve an energy problem such that mankind has been depending solely on solar energy, nuclear energy and geothermal energy for the procurement of energy. SOLUTION: Liquid pressures within a high-pressure container A and a low- pressure container B are independently transmitted to three-way control valves D and E through respective lines and then transmitted to an oscillating mechanism F; its oscillating movement is then converted by a rotating mechanism H into rotating movement and energy can be taken out therefrom.
