PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a material cost and to allow easy replacement work. SOLUTION: A shield member 1 fixed to a device case formed of a shield material is formed into a square tube, with a fold-back part 4 comprising a button hook 5 provided at the upper part. An extension shield member 21 is formed into a square tube, with a fold-back part 24 comprising a button hook 25 provided at the lower part 24. The extension shield member 21 engages with the shield member 1 from above so that the button hooks 5 and 25 of both fold-back parts 4 and 24 engage each other. The conductive fabric member of the extension shield member 21 comes to be continual with the device case through a conductive fabric member of the shield member 1. So, the extension shield member 21 is, together with the shield member 1, processed for grounding as an electromagnetic noise removal mounting structure.
