PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mediate transaction regarding CM broadcasting between a broadcasting station and a sponsor. SOLUTION: A CM frame is registered in a step S51 and made open to the public in a step S52 to invite tenders from sponsors; when it is judged in a step S53 that bidding closing time comes, conditions are totalized in a step S54 and the totalization result is sent in a step S55. When a sponsor is determined in a step S56, notice of CM frame acquisition is given in a step S57 to receive CM raw materials, which are sent to a broadcasting station in a step S58; and notice of a CM broadcast is given in a step S59 and the CM broadcasting charge is calculated in a step SHO and charged to the sponsor, so that the processing ends. When no sponsor is determined in a step S61, the processing is put back to the step S52 and when conditions are not set again, the processing is made to end. |
