PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can select a component to be fitted to a vehicle by using a communication network and also easily select a dealer to fit the component. SOLUTION: A server computer 12 is stored with component data by vehicle kinds and when a user inputs vehicle data on the vehicle that the user owns through a terminal 14, the server computer 12 retrieves and outputs matching component data to the terminal 14. When the user inputs desired component data to be fitted and its ID through the terminal 14, the server computer 12 retrieves a dealer which can fit the component and is located nearby the address of the user from a database and outputs it to the terminal 14. When the user specifies the desired dealer and the desired date of fitting, the server computer 12 supplies user data to the specified dealer 18. The user carries the vehicle to the dealer 18 at the desired date to have the component fitted to the vehicle. |
