PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the price of a vehicle which has no past selling and buying data with fixed precision. SOLUTION: When an object vehicle 100 as an object of price calculation is a vehicle having no past selling and buying data, similarities S1 to S4 to vehicles 200 to 206 which are in the same group with the vehicle and have past selling and buying data are computed. The similarities are computed on the basis of differences in maker, differences in shape, and differences in displacement, etc., plural vehicles having similarities above a certain value are retrieved, and the mean of data on those vehicles is computed to compute parameters of price computation, e.g. a rest value rate and a travel distance subtraction rate based upon elapsed months. |
