PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in confirming calling, which allows a dweller within a dwelling to confirm calling from a visitor existing at the entrance of the dwelling. SOLUTION: A master set calling detection circuit 21 in an interphone master set 2 detects a slave set calling signal S1 when the visitor operates a calling button 10 by an entrance slave set 1. A calling sound is emitted from a public address speaker 22 by a calling sound signal S3 from a CPU 20. A calling sound detector 5 detects the calling sound signal and outputs a visitor output signal S7 for a prescribed time, and a rotating lamp 3 displays calling from the visitor by the visitor output signal to inform the dweller of it.
