PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a heat releasing problem incidental to a high power needed in high-speed recording, in a heat radiator in an optical disk recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 3 for laser heat radiation and a holding spring 3A for adjusting optical axis tilt in a driving system are integrated; a radiator projection 3B, a part in contact with a laser module 4 which is a heat radiating source, is given a raising shape such as a cylindrical cross section for example; and a ground contact area with the laser module 4 and a base 1 is made larger, thereby improving heat dissipation in releasing heat from a laser package at the time of recording, and preventing rise and destruction of a laser current against the high power needed for high-speed recording.
