PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a flexible web site which determines a web page to be sent next according to the contents of user's information. SOLUTION: A user makes a display request by a client-side engine 10. A text a24 which is in a directory A22 of an information public offerer that the administrator of a web server 20 allows to be rewritten by the information public offerer and corresponds to a requested page is read in by a server-side engine 21, which returns a metadata part 31 and a display data part 33 to the client-side engine 10. The client-side engine 10 returns the information of the user to the web server 20 according to the metadata part 31. A connection management part 41 discriminates the client-side engine 10, collates the information of the user received from a condition processing part 42 with a condition, and reads in and returns a text b25 meeting the condition to the client-side engine 10.
