PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common data conversion system which evades an increase in the hardware scale of a client machine and is small in the communication quantity needed to update common data. SOLUTION: This common data conversion system comprises common data (1), a server machine (51) equipped with a data converting means (2) which generates new common data (3) according to the common data (1), and a client machine (52) which has copy common data (7) generated by copying the new common data (3). The new common data (3) are composed of data extracted from the common data (1) according to the specifications of the client machine.
