PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient taking-out of substantial entire heat stored in a heat storage material and provide a heat storage device of high output and a hot water feeder device having the heat storage device. SOLUTION: There is provided a heat storage device 21 comprised of an electrical heater 28 for heating a heat storage material 26 filled in an inner case 23; and heat transfer pipes 27 arranged in the inner case 23, having water flowed therein so as to perform a heat exchanging operation between this water and the heat storage material. The heat transfer pipes 27 are formed to show meander shapes. A plurality of heat transfer pipes are arranged in parallel to each other within the inner case 23. Due to this fact, a sufficient heat transfer area can be assured and at the same time a pressure loss of water in the heat transfer pipes 27 is restricted, the water flows smoothly in the heat transfer pipes 27 to enable a flow rate of water to be increased. Accordingly, it is possible to take out efficiently heat stored in the heat storage material 26 as steam within a short period of time and a high output of it can be attained.
