PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary electrophoretic equipment which is suitable for simple and inexpensive DNA analysis. SOLUTION: A highly sensitive, small and simple fluorescent detection part is formed, by combining together a semiconductor laser 3, a small rotating filter 5 and a photomultiplier 7, and a capillary 1 is shortened to the utmost and a structure for discarding a large gel injection pump or the like is formed by preventing a pressure drop at the gel injection time. In order to simplify gel injection, a gel injection part is coupled with the capillary by a porous member, to eliminate parts such as a selector valve.
