PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral device having a blaze grating pattern formed in several hundredsμm order for any desired forms. SOLUTION: The optical device to obtain specified wavelength spectrum is equipped with a diffraction grating and is produced by laminating and fixing a plurality of thin plates 10 each having several hundredsμm order thickness with the faces of adjacent thin plates in contact with each other so that the grooves are formed on the edges of the thin plates to act as a diffraction grating.
