PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touching-side plastic substrate having flawing resistance and abrasion resistance and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Among transparent cured material layers having at least two cured material layers formed on the surface of a touching input surface, an inner layer is the cured material layer of an active energy line curable composite including a polyfunctional compound including at least two polymeric function groups active energy line curable property and an optical polymeric starting agent and an outermost layer is the cured material layer of curable composite including polysilazane in the touching-side plastic substrate.
