PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where users are bothered caused by a ceiling light cover wherein the difference of spherical surface shape is significant and a decoration board in a uniformed shape is unsatisfactory responded, and that the change of the decoration board is accompanied with the risk as it is performed at a high position, however the decoration board cannot be used, if it were a pendant shape so that supply of general ceiling lights is limited. SOLUTION: The decoration board 1 produced in one constant form is accompanied with nearly Y-shaped notches 3, where a fork shaped portion is arc shape and a notice board 7 where a concealed letter (activated when a miniature lighted light bulb) is attached and provided to respond regardless of the difference in the spherical surface so that the projection function is assured. A case, having a semicircle notched groove on an insect proof cover C, is installed, and the labor is saved when inserting and fitting of the decoration board, and it is responded to a dangerous work by using other nipping tools. A receiving board is fixed to a lace of a pendant light, so as to make the decoration board mounted.
