PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that special know-how is required and a processing time can no be shortened without lowering recognition accuracy. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a three-dimensional score map generating part for generating the score map of correlative values between an inputted source image and each of template images in template data in a three-dimensional space for parallel moving and rotating a two-dimensional plate and a peak search part for searching a peak on the score map generated by the three-dimensional score map generating part.
